Costumes can tell a lot about a character. They can tell what kind of job they have and what kind of personality to a certain extent they have. The man in the centre, is wearing and well fitted blue pinstripe suit this suggests that he is wealthy. He is holding a piece of paper and is being assertive and direct almost pointing at the man in the far right with the paper. The man on the far right is also wearing a pinstripe suit that also looks to be well fitted. However he is lower and is not in the centre of the frame and this suggests that he has less authority that the man centred in the frame. The man in the far left looks to be a handyman or a security guard. This is because he is wearing a less expensive looking plain black suit. He looks to be backing up the man in the centre which adds to the power of the centred man.
